– 1 cup flour
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 egg
– 1 1/8 cups buttermilk
– 2 Tbsp melted butter
– mix the dry ingredients together
– add the wet ingredients (don’t worry, the batter will be lumpy, it’s normal)
– cook until golden brown on each side

1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Dash of salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat flour and milk in bowl, add flour and salt, mix well.
2 choices: 9×13 pan or muffin tin.
Cut up about 4 Tbsp of butter and place in pan. Put in oven to melt for a minute.
Shave off peices for each muffin cup, place in oven for a min to melt.
Pour egg mixture into chosen pan bake for 20-25 mins.
Top with honey, syrup, fresh fruit, powdered sugar. 🙂
